Found Through Sound
There was a time when I was completely lost. Addiction and depression had swallowed everything — my direction, my identity, the ability to feel anything real. I was surviving, but I wasn't living. I wasn't even sure I wanted to.
Music found me before I found myself. Not as a hobby or a career — as a lifeline. The first time I sat with a drum and just played, something unlocked. The rhythm gave me something to hold onto when nothing else did. It was the first honest thing I'd felt in years.
I built Lunar Halo out of that place. Layer by layer — handpan, percussion, live loops, all of it — I rebuilt myself the same way I build a song. From silence, into something whole. This music is what getting free sounds like. And if it helps you find even one breath of that for yourself, it's done its job.
